Experience	Over 10 years of automation and linear motion experience.
Growth in design CAD and CAM	Over 10 year of Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Machining. K2 use current softwares and techniques to accomplish many task in an efficient manner.
In-House Manufacturing	We manufacture our parts in house. Armed with 3 Haas mills and 3 lathes we CAD, CAM, and machine it ourselves.
Operations	The ability to machine our parts in house is a large factor in our success. We are able to produce our machines at a lower price and we are able to personally control quality. We have the ability to make instant changes or modifications and to customize any machine at any time. Our employees are cross trained to participate in all functions of our business, from machining parts to assembling machines.
Custom Machines	We can build large variety sizes of custom machine with our expert level engineers. Our engineers have over ten years experience in machine building, robotics, automation, software development, and electronic controls.
R&D	Research and development is as vital to our business as anything we do. We are constantly monitoring the needs and desires of the router cliental as well as monitoring and evaluating current technologies. We are always receiving feedback on our machines and implementing change where we feel necessary. We are never satisfied and always looking to make improvements for the benefit of our customers.
Listening to customers.	We listen to our customer - We feel that they are our present and our future. We like our small product line because it gives us focus on always making our products better each quarter.
Production	Our production is very streamlined by providing cross functional parts and having fully cross trained employee's allows us to be quick and productive. High quality QC is provided to every machine at every step of the way. Every machine is fully tested before shipping.

Mid 1990's to Now	Developed RC servo controllers. Knowledge in designing circuit boards. We now are designing and having them custom made for a K2 board that will control Servo Motors for CNC machines.
Late 1990's	Helped programming add-on software called "Glyph" for a software called Ideas Used in manufacturing. Glyph allowed Ideas to use trutype fonts to make 3D letterings into the CAD process. Knowledgeable in Visual Basic, C++, and other programming languages.
After 1990	Design, Manufactured and tested Automation machines for a big name brand sprinkler company - The machines valued from $25,000-$150,000. Machines were used to assemble sprinkler heads. Various parts numbering from 1 through 8 parts; screws, plastic, rubber, metal pre-made parts were assembled using pneumatics, motors, indexers, precision mini drills, screw machines, location and orientation cameras, touch screens, light sensors, safety switches, relays and linear guides such as rails and shafts. You might have one of the black and green products that were assembled by our automation machines in your front yard.
Around 1998-Now	Before the movie fast and the furious. We were designing after market parts for cars, ATV’s, and anything that customers wanted to make out of aluminum 6061. Designed and manufactured items such as pulleys, cam gears, and headers for ATVs, A-Arms and other cosmetics and engine parts.
Early 2000 - Now	We have used the experiences of the past to bring together an entity that works in harmony. We have an extensive knowledge of CAD, CAM, Engineering, Designing, Art Science, Web designing, Printing, a helpful staff, long operational hours, the hunger to provide quality products. These are some of the characteristics of what we think would make us the company that you come to and stay with.
2009	Our seasoned vendors are pleasantly surprised as we continue to provide them with PO's when compared to their other customers. K2 teams up with more vendors, we are making more machines for different industries. K2 still grows with added machines for our use and machine products to sell. Plasma machines, medical devices, and X Y tables are a few focused directions K2 has in the works. K2 maintains it's workforce and it's 2nd location. K2 make it's first add on to make a 5th axis indexing product and is using it every week. With most of K2's R&D projects in it's 10th and 11th hour of finalization, K2 has a very strong potential in 2010 and years to come.
2010 Goals	Provide even more info on how to use a cnc router with video and written instructions. Provide even faster tech support turnaround by educating more of our staff to hand tech support. Make more samples of what a cnc router can do. Make the 9850 and 12060 even better. Focus more on Plasma machines.
