How to grease your machine: 3/8 Angled Nozzle.
We use typical grease gun Model 1378K33. Runs about $20.

You may purchase the grease gun from www.McMaster.com

Keep the machine greased once every 2-3 days.
The more you grease the longer it last.
Make sure that the rail are grease by hand if you plan on not using the machine. This will help protect it from the elements and prolong the life to the rails and ballscrews.
One of the worst element is rust. Your bearing will be ruined if there is rust on the rails or ballscrews much faster than wood or plastic dust and debris.

1. Right click on the model of your machine.
2. Select "Save Target As..." and put in same directory as where Mach2 was installed.

Mach 3 on Vista

In order to run Mach3 under Vista, you first need to perform a couple of extra steps:

1) First, run the install as per normal.

2) Download the memoryoverride.zip file. Unzip it to memoryoverride.reg, and then double-click it - it modifies
the registry to allow Mach3's driver to run.

3) Now you need to go to the C:\Mach3 folder (or wherever you installed Mach3), and right-click DriverTest.exe, select
"Run as Administrator". It should tell you to reboot. Do so, or you will crash. No question about it.

4) Now you should be able to run Mach3. Try the DriverTest.exe again, and it should run.

Note:
   You may get errors reported when running Driver Test (in fact it may not run at all the first time), then
Vista will ask you if you wish to run it in comparability mode. Do so, and it will run..
