KG9850 with 12 Z Axis cutting 3D cutting.

Hollywood's top concept design organization "Customs by Eddie Paul" created the whole car in the picture above for Pixar's Movie "CARS". Eddie used our KG-9850 Rack and Pinion CNC routers to cut wood into 3D positive molds for the exterior parts of the car. He then used a vacuum forming machine to create the plastic parts to replace the standard various exterior car parts. After a few months Eddie has purchase another KG-9850 Rack and Pinion Machine. 12 Inch travel and clearance built to accommodate parts only. You can layer your part and cut with 3 inch endmill to achieve the 12 in height.
