Made of Stainless steal, Made in the USA. Design uses 32 pitch threads. Holds type DA 300 double angle collets. You should be able to buy collets locally. Great for small engraving and detailed cutting in 3D parts in wood, plastic and other material. This collet holder has a run out (concentric) of +-.0005 to .002 inch at a length of the cutter extruded out .50 inches from the collet. DA collets can not take too much load so this is not recommended for cutting aluminum. But I have not tested the system on aluminum.
