K2 CNC on-site manufacturing.

PRECISION VERTICAL MILLING AND TURNING MACHINING
All of our CNC Routers are manufactured with high tolerance. K2 CNC uses HAAS 4 axis VF3, HAAS 3 axis VF2, a 3 axis Mini Mill and Ecoca Turning Center to produce the majority of the parts in house.

We use our Ecoca CNC with (Fanuc control) and our Haas Lathe to turn the ends of lead screws and ball screws.

HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS
Our CNC Router Machines are made of 6061 aircraft grade aluminum.

STATE OF THE ART MANUFACTURING SOFTWARE
We use state of the art software such as SolidWorks (CAD) and VisualMill (CAM) to produce highly accurate, quality parts. This provides us with efficient manufacturing and quick turn-around-time which help to keep our prices low.

Our machine inventory:
3 Haas Vertical Center Machines
3 Lathes.

We maximized our machine time as we vised 3 parts at once. This allows the tools to cut without losing seconds and minutes tool changing. Some of our machines hold more than 6 parts at one time.
